    Charlotte oversees the marketing for Love Energy Solutions; this involves developing and executing the company eCRM strategy in order to support key revenue streams. Charlotte’s responsibilities also include handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities, managing and delivering all social media activities and creating campaigns and calls-to-action to improve customer experience.

The Post Live team also answer all queries with contracts due to go live and answer any emails customers have regarding their contracts.
